having blood work done

well im going to have blood work done tomorrow....... well to bring everyone up to speed back in dec i had to be put on hormones because of heavy bleeding they thought it could have been endometriosis well now all of sudden in the last few weeks after months of no periods i have been spotting and cramping really bad well the doc looked into my chart about it because i had gained weight with these meds as well....... well she told me today to stop the meds and let my body bleed again but the blood work tomorrow is to check hcg levels the doc wants to rule out if there was a pregnancy or miscarriage well here is the ticker here I had my tubes tied back in 2009 after my youngest was born so hearing i need to have this done concerns me because not too long ago i had a dream that i was pregnant and didn't know it and then bam this starts up im nervous but im pretty sure im nervous for nothing.
